Retro first floor apartment, Clare

We are renting our retro first floor apartment. It is approximately 700 feet. This is an awesome location! It is within walking distance to several great restaurants, shopping, and a walking/bike trail. This apartment has a keypad on the front door so you can arrive at your convenience and enter with a code. The space Our home is the perfect place to call home while visiting the Clare area. It is newly renovated and we think you will love it as much as we do! The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped with an old-fashioned stove, full-sized refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Cuddle up in the king-size bed while watching T.V. Relax on the comfortable furniture in front of the electric fireplace while enjoying a show. Luxuriate in the large walk-in shower. Toiletries and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience. What we love about this space is the privacy, the hardwood floors, and the mid-century modern record player. Please note, this house is an older home and not 100% soundproof. Sound does transfer through the house. You may occasionally hear other guests. Guest access When you book with us, you can arrive when it is convenient for you with our key-less entry. Before you arrive, we will send directions about where to park in the drive-way. You are just blocks away from town. Other things to note This apartment can open up to our other one bedroom unit. Your group could enjoy the entire first floor with two bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms! We have a camera monitoring our front door.
