Located in the heart of nature, and two kilometers from the city, large old house (260 m²) surrounded by a walled plot of about one hectare, planted with century-old trees and meadows. It was redone ten years ago with a lot of old materials. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas were refurbished in 2019. It is an old silk factory (where silkworms, the wealth of the region, were transformed into silk thread at the beginning of the 19th century). It is surrounded by a walled plot of about one hectare, planted with century-old trees and meadows. A fountain of rocks, now flowered, and old yews embellish the view from the house. The house was redone ten years ago with a lot of old materials. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas were refurbished in 2019-2020. The garden is equipped with a beautiful 4X10 m secure swimming pool with a large ash wood terrace, offering stunning views of Crest and its tower. With its beautiful antique furniture and comfortable sofas, the large 60 m² living room and dining room are wide open to the garden. The kitchen, newly equipped, overlooks a small wood that you cross to reach the pool. In the kitchen you will find all the groceries and ingredients that will make you feel at home from day one. The two floors serve six large bedrooms (5 with a double bed and 1 with 4 single beds including 2 in mezzanine), two shower rooms, a bathroom and three toilets. In winter you will enjoy the large fireplace, the PS4 and our many board games at your disposal. In summer, enjoy the hammock and meals under the branch, the gas plancha and the 3 bicycles at your disposal. Several hiking and mountain biking trails leave directly from the house. A little further, the extraordinary geological sites of Saoû and Vercors are 20 minutes away by car. Other things to note We provide bed linen and towels for the whole house (140 euros).
