Off the kitchen are french doors leading onto a secluded front deck with large outdoor setting, tropical fountain and hot and cold outdoor shower. Dining room with large timber table with 10 leather chairs Lounge consists of 3 seater king living lounge with chaise, and 1 recliner, coffee table and TV. Large stacker doors lead onto the back deck with undercover cane lounges and coffee table, airdondack chairs and Baby Q BBQ. Light and airy main bedroom with queen size bed, tv and ensuite with walk in shower, large bath, toilet and vanity. 2nd Bedroom. Queen sized bed, private toilet, double glass doors. Also on main level. Main bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. 3rd Bedroom is via the back stairs, ( NO INTERNAL ACCESS) Large room with Queen size bed plus a single bed. En-suite. Basic kitchenette (no cooking facilities) Laundry is also downstairs via the back stairs with 2nd fridge, washer and dryer. 1 Dog allowed inside (not on furniture or bedding) if you are happy to vacuum on departure as not all our guests are animal lovers Enclosed Large flat back yard suitable for a large boats or trailers. Vegetable garden and chicken house. ALL LINEN SUPPLIED. NOTE CHICKENS WILL BE RELOCATED FROM MAY - OCTOBER Guest access The property has 2 driveways, the top one is level to come into the house making it ideal for wheelchairs, elderly etc. The bottom driveway leads to the large back yard with lots of room for a boat, trailer etc. The area has a vegetable garden and hen house for our 2 girls. If you wish they can be relocated. If you would like them to stay and are happy to feed them and top up their water. You can have the enjoyment of fresh daily eggs.
