The space Our home has 7 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Kitchens, 2 lounges(Sleeps 16) - 5 double beds and 6 singles (mainly in bunks) + 2 portacots, this unique house is perfect for large groups, or multiple families. The house is set up as 2 stand-alone houses which are joined at each end - one with sound barrier double doors between the two lounges. Open them up to give flow through to one large room, or close them off to keep the noise down or gain a bit of privacy. Two kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, lounges, and an ensuite etc means you all can have a bit of space to yourself, while still enjoying the company of your mates and their kids. This property is set up to make holidays easy. Especially with lots of kids. One of the lounges is set up with full sound-resistant insulation to virtually sound-proof off the area. The adults can stay up late watching the rugby, and the kids can be up at the crack of dawn - without either disturbing the quiet sleeping areas throughout the rest of the house. There is plenty of room if the weather is not good. Unlimited-use, ultra-high-speed fibre internet (up to 900Mbps down & 450Mbps up) along with wifi to most areas in the house means you or the kids can go crazy on netflix, spark sport, youtube or minecraft or whatever necessary if it happens to rain. Freeview or BYO sky box - we've got a dish installed ready to go so you can watch the rugby or cricket on the 65" or 40" TV. A fisherman's dream setup, there's plenty of parking for the boat, washdown facilities handy, a large filleting table with barrels for transporting fish remains and a large wood-fired hot/cold fish smoker with wood supplied. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck or by the pizza oven and BBQ. Outdoor seating around a brazier. 2 x kayaks and Life jackets available- sizes available on request. Guest access You have access to the whole fenced in property with exception of the triple garages at the back of the section that are not available to guests. Other things to note Special conditions: Families preferred. Large parties and events NOT allowed. Respect for our neighbors - a priority. For Acceptance of your booking : We require the number of guests staying as well as their ages and the purpose of your visit. These we require for our records & insurance purposes. Our home does not have breakfast supplied. All food is brought by Guests. No smoking on the property. Strictly - NO pets. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Bring your own linen (personal towels/sheets). We supply on each bed a mattress & pillow protector, a duvet with cover + a throwover quilt or blanket & pillow/s Linen can be arranged at an extra charge of $30 +GST per person - Sheets, personal towels, flannels, pillowcases. This must be prearranged with your host. NOTE: Electric Car Charging: Please note the hireage charge for the property NOT include the charging of electric cars. You are welcome to charge your cars while on site, but see your final instructions email that will be sent to you, for banking details. The bedrooms have heaters in winter and fans in summer. Feather duvets are supplied on beds in Winter.
