Lynchburg Cute and Cozy Basement Suite.

Hot Tub!!! New towels as of 9/21 👍🏼 This is a small, cute, cozy, private basement suite located in the Boonsboro area of Lynchburg. It is perfect for a short stay or even an extended visit to the Lynchburg area. We are conveniently located close to LU, 20 min, Lynchburg College, and Randolph College. We are close to the historic downtown Lynchburg which has some great places to eat, the Blackwater Trail, and some antique shops to enjoy. We invite you to stay with us! The space You will find some rest and relaxation here in this private basement suite. The room will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. There is a queen size bed. We have been told it is soft and comfortable so if you need a firm bed this one is not it. The room also includes a private bathroom with shower. There is a separate entrance for you to come and go as you need. There are no shared spaces. This is a very private self check in space. The room overlooks a beautiful backyard with a view and a hot tub for your enjoyment. The room includes a refrigerator, a microwave, toaster, and a keurig for your use. The tv has a fire stick to watch all your shows online. We know you will be comfortable staying in our home! Guest access Parking is on the street directly in front of the house. There is plenty of space on the either side of the street for parking. For self check in, when you arrive, you will walk in the grass and follow the path to the right of the house around to the back of the house. The path will lead you directly to your room. The path is stepping stones down a sloped path. For a more even paved access or if it’s raining, follow the sidewalk around the left of the house to the back and go inside the 3rd set of doors on the right. You cannot miss it. The room will be open and the lights will be on waiting for you. There is a keypad. Use the code for entry. When you leave, place the dirty towels in the laundry basket. There is a larger trash can just outside the room for your convenience. During your stay I am available at any time to help with questions or any needs that come up. The room is completely self check in. You probably won't see us much since the room has a private entrance, but we are only a call or text away if you need anything! Other things to note *We are a large family. We are very mindful of our guests but we do live here. Being a basement suite, you will hear us every now and then. *Two large golden doodles live here. They have a loud bark but are very friendly once you say hello. *Not a hotel room. There are no temperature controls. If you are cold, turn the heater on. If you are hot, message the host and the ac will be turned down.
