Welcome to the “Bear’s Den”—an inviting, charming cabin in the beautiful neighborhood of Tahoe Vista! Enjoy views of trees and the lake in this split-level, 2 bedroom-1 bath ~1200 sq ft cabin. The main level features a sunny deck, patio table & kitchen w/sitting area. Downstairs, the first bedroom features a queen bed and the second bedroom has double bunk beds. The bathroom is adjacent to the 2 bedrooms. Upstairs, there is a queen sleeper sofa in a spacious den. Two smart TVs for entertainment! The space Enjoy happy hour in the mountain air seated in two Adirondack chairs in side yard of the cabin. A full kitchen, as well as a patio table with Weber gas grill, enhance mealtimes. A gas fireplace with a remote control makes cozy evenings by the fire as easy as possible. Entertainment includes an array of board games, books, a foosball table, 2 smart TVs and complimentary WiFi. An adjacent Tahoe conservancy lot and quiet, walkable neighborhood allows for plenty of outdoor space to explore. Walk less than a mile to North Tahoe Regional Park (hiking, biking, ball fields, ropes courses, playground, sledding and snowshoeing) or explore the shoreline ( ~ 0.2 miles away). Kings Beach, Carnelian Bay, cross country skiing and major ski resorts are all within a short drive (Northstar 9 miles, Palisades 15 miles, Diamond Peak 10 miles). Nearest beach is Sandy Beach- a two minute drive or ~10 minute walk. Driveway accommodates 3 cars. Storage area on bottom level includes washer/dryer. Baby pack n play and booster seat available. Other things to note Pack n Play and portable booster seat with tray available. Note: there are 3 exterior security cameras in place. There was previously a camera in our storage room which has been removed.
