Self-catering cottage with mountain view and garden above Sankt Johann in Salzburg/Pongau at 1000m sea level, a small ski area (Hahnbaum) with illuminated toboggan run is directly accessible from the hut, Snow Space Salzburg (210 km of slopes, 70 lifts) are within 5km. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails start directly from the house (Hochgründeck, Hahnbaumalm). Nearby are: Lichtensteinklamm, fortress "Hohenwerfen", ice cave "Eisriesenwelt". In summer, the art studio can be used. The space Chalet in St. Johann (1000m) with a beautiful mountain-view. The chalet has a beautiful garden, which can be used. You can reach the chalet by car (parkingspaces are available and free). It takes you about 10 minutes to go to the city centre St. Johann, where there are many shopping possibilities, restaurants, a cinema, a pool, a ice rink and many more. A ski area with 3 ski lifts and a sled run (sleds are available and free) are just few steps away from the chalet. Another ski area (Skiwelt Amade) is just 5km away. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living-and eatingroom and a bath with shower. There is an electric heating in the bedrooms, but in the living- and eating room there is a woodstove (wood is available). Guest access all areas of the hut are accessible.
