The space This beautiful 3-storey home is deceptively large and boasts 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a LARGE kitchen-diner and private garden with outside dining & BBQ. As you enter the house, you’ll see a long corridor leading to the kitchen-diner & garden. Off the hallway, you’ll find access to both bedrooms + the ground floor bathroom. Both bedrooms, (The Vintage Room and The Gallery) have clothes storage, a TV, reading light & comfy bed) The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a storm in the kitchen, in addition to all the usual larder essentials. You can easily seat 10+ guests for dinner OR merge both outside and inside tables together to create seating for 16+ guests. Relax and chill after you meal in the dining area and catch up on your latest TV programme… On the first floor, you will find a bathroom, along with 3 bedrooms… Our ‘Boudoir’ and ‘Sunshine’ rooms both include king beds + single sofa beds, clothes storage & TVs. The ‘Blue Room’ includes storage, double bed & TV. The top floor boasts a huge space with 4-poster bed, 2 single sofa beds, en suite bathroom and additional storage area. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the house. The host reserves the right to ask guests for a copy of their ID's upon arrival. Only paying guests can access the property, until agreed with the host in advance. Other things to note The house is ideally located for easy access (in fact you can walk) to Alexandra Palace, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium or you can catch a bus to Middlesex hospital.
