As you enter our private gated entrance to The Pond House and descend through our fields, you will be in awe at the most picturesque vista in the Belgrade Lakes area. Located on 500 acres close to the shore of pristine Ingham Pond, The Pond House offers easy boating access to Long Pond & Belgrade Lakes Village. A kayaker's & paddle boarder's heaven! AVAILABLE FOR WINTER RENTAL. The space Comfortable, spacious, cozy, peaceful, private, bright, cheery and handicap accessible with all the amenities, best describes The Pond House. There are two bedrooms in the main house that sleeps four and one bedroom that sleeps four with it's own full bathroom in the attached annex. All towels, linens and bedsheets are provided. We also provide 2 canoes, 3 kayaks, a paddleboat, swim tubes and life preservers for your use. Other things to note We allow up to 2 pets with an additional pet fee. WE STRICTLY FORBID JET SKIES AND WAKEBOARD BOATS There is a 7 night minimum stay during July and August.
