Catering for all your needs; Corowa Riverdeck is the perfect place to stay as a couple, with family or friends, or for business. Corowa Riverdeck accommodates 8 people with 2 bathrooms. The house sleeps 6 with two bedrooms & the additional studio room sleeps 2. Enjoy the magnificent view with direct access to the Murray river. Bedding is made up, linen & towels provided for guests The space The property consists of; Open plan living, dining, and full kitchen with dishwasher. French doors that open onto the huge deck, equipped with table and chairs, sun lounges, egg chair, fan, TV and BBQ all overlooking the Murray River. The main bedroom consists of a queen bed, TV and French doors that also open onto the deck overlooking the river. Instantaneous hot water, washing machine, bathroom, ducted gas heating, ducted air conditioning, WiFi, Foxtel, PS3, 2 door fridge with ice maker & mains chilled water, coffee pod machine. Games room equipped with TV, pool table, dart board & kids toys Gazebo by the bank containing an outdoor setting The private Studio overlooks the river, is seperate from the main house, equipped with ensuite and split system heat/cool. Bedding configuration: Main bedroom: x1 queen bed Bedroom 2: x1 double bed, x1 single bunk single top & bottom Studio Room: x1 queen bed Bedding is made up for the exact number of guests stated on the booking, and only bedrooms required for this will be accessible. Launch your boat from the private boat ramp (weather & river levels permitting) or from the public ramp situated only 5 houses away, fish from your jetty, sit back & relax under the gazebo by the bank, canoe, swim & enjoy the river & all it has to offer. During the cooler months (excludes the fire danger period) enjoy a cosy night under the stars, by the river with our fire pit Cycle on the rail trail located at your front door, Visit the world famous Rutherglen Wineries, play a game at the 27 hole championship golf course, skydive, take a glider flight, visit the chocolate factory the list goes on.... Racecourse, tennis court, netball courts, sporting oval, and playground only 2 blocks away. Guest access The required beds are made up for the duration of the stay, therefore the maximum number of guests staying on any one night will be charged for the entire stay- We do not have the facility to open & close rooms & beds during your booking. Other things to note Sorry strictly no pets & no camping or caravans Standard check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am. Other times incur additional fees & are subject to availability. Parties, loud noise, functions, ceremonies & similar events are not permitted.
