Off the dining room, there is a private patio looking out to the backyard. Off the entryway is a set of twin bunk beds, perfect for young children. The bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with closet and drawer space for storage. There is a separate vanity and sink in the bedroom. The bathroom is just off the bedroom, nicely updated with quartz countertops and a new tub/shower. We also provide all linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and pellets. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourselves. The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Horizon IV. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), tennis court and rackets (seasonal) and community coin-op laundry facilities. The rec. room offers community pool/billiards, ping-pong, and arcade games. There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle. Other things to note Please leave all ski equipment in the ski-locker located outside, to the left of the front door.
