Villa with fantastic lake view in a central location

Villa Malena impresses with its fantastic location on one of the southern lakes of the 8 Lakes, Lake Britannia. The decor is bright and friendly. As soon as you enter the villa in the spacious living and dining area, you will be captivated by the view of the lake. The oversized pool area is facing south, so you will be spoiled by the sun all day. Enjoy the fantastic pool area with jacuzzi and the magnificent view over Lake Britannia. The space Centrally located in Cape Coral, but quietly located on the Eight Lakes, your vacation begins when you enter the villa. Enjoy the view of Lake Britannia. In just 20 minutes through the canal you are by boat (without a lock) on the Calloosahatchee River. Shopping and gas station are on Cape Coral Parkway and are about 2-3 kilometers from the house. Tarpon Point Marina is about 3 km away and Cape Harbour is about 5 km away. Three bedrooms and an office with an extra bed can accommodate up to 7 guests. 4 sun loungers, 2 rocking chairs and 2 lounge chairs invite you to relax and linger in the pool area. A large gas grill is available for a cozy barbecue evening. In addition, lounge furniture with a fire pit table (gas is not included!) is available at the boat dock. In the garden there is a small beach, which we share with the neighbors :o) The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable kitchen appliances and has a bar with 2 high chairs. For entertainment, 4 LED TVs are available. Internet is available free of charge via Wi-Fi. Additional amenities: Baby bed, baby chair, 2 beach chairs with umbrella, games. Guest access Access to all rooms. No garage space available. Parking is possible in the driveway in front of the garage and can accommodate at least 2 vehicles. Other things to note Villa Malena is a non-smoking house. Parties are not allowed. Includes $35 electricity per week. Additional consumption is collected in cash at checkout (0.5 cents/kWh).
