Welcome to our unique two bedroom loft at a quiet street in the center of Novi Sad. It's just in 400 m or 5 min by foot from the central Liberty square. It consists of a living room and two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a closed terrace and offer free and fast Wi-Fi and a 43'' Smart TV with international cable channels, YouTube and Netflix. There is a safe private parking nearby. Ideal for 2-4 guests. The space LOCATION The building is located near the central pedestrian zone of Novi Sad. Five-ten minutes by foot - and you're at the central city square Trg Sloboda, in Dunavski park or at the embankment of Danube river, there is just twenty minutes walk to Petrovaradin fortress. The best restaurants of the city, numerous outdoor cafes, currency exchange offices, sales offices of all mobile operators, a lot of mini-markets, a supermarket IDEA and AROMA, Futoska market are next door. It is 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi from the railway station and bus station to the apartment, from the Belgrade airport it's 50 minutes drive. ACCOMODATION The apartment is ideal for stay of 2-4 guests. It was fully renovated in 2018, has three levels and is full of air and light, its total area is 70 sq. m with the following structure: - GROUND FLOOR: A fully equipped kitchen with with all necessary appliances and utensils including a fridge, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave oven, a kettle and a dining table for 4 people. There is a washing maching as well. - FIRST FLOOR: There is a living room with a comfortable sofa and a flat 43" Smart TV with hundreds both international and local cable channels as well as Netflix and YouTube here. At the same floor there is a master-bedroom with a king-size double bed 160x200 with a comfortable mattress and fresh bedsheets. A modern bathroom with shower is at the first floor as well. - GALLERY/ATTIC: There is the second bedroom at a gallery with two single beds 90x200 which can be pushed together to make a big double bed. The bedroom has an exit to a closed terrace with a view on old roofs of the city center. We provide you with fresh linens and towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. You will have access to free unlimited internet (Wi-Fi) and cable TV. At the disposal of guests are a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION We offer you a private parking in an underground garage nearby. You will get the remote control with the keys. The parking along the street is paid. From 21:00 to 7:00 every day and from 14:00 on Saturdays to 7:00 on Mondays the parking is free everywhere. HOUSE RULES No smoking inside the apartment - just at the terrace with opened window, no parties, no any noise after 21:00. Seriously, neighbors can call the communal police if you disturb them. Check-in time is from 14:00. We have a self check-in option so you can come anytime you like, even late in the night. Check-out time is before 11:00.
