Facing south and overlooking the countryside, "Dr. Ritter" is a spacious 3-room apartment in the 100-year-old Haus Am Lottenbach building. Beautiful old houses line our 30-kilometer-per-hour street. Here, you can park for free or walk in 15 minutes to the National Theater in the old town. Alternatively: Our bus stop is located at the shopping center, which is 2 minutes away and has a Tegut supermarket, Denns organic market, DM drugstore, pharmacy, ATM, and EV charging station. The space >One bedroom with a double bed (160), a second bedroom with 2 single beds (both with walk-in closets), plus a new, high-quality sofa bed (160) in the living room can accommodate a larger family or close friends. (For toddlers, we provide a cot, high chair and Tripp Trapp chair free of charge.) > The living area includes a round dining table, as well as the corner with the Smart TV. >The fully equipped kitchen is open to the front, so no one on kitchen duty needs to be isolated. >Here, too, a bathroom with a toilet and a guest toilet ensure a stress-free stay. All this is supported by a warm hundred-year-old oak parquet and some furniture that goes back to Goethe's time. Nothing could be better suited to Weimar. Guest access During warmer weather, tables and chairs are available in the garden in front of and behind the house. Maybe an afternoon coffee in the sun? Or a glass of wine in the evening to finish off? Our book cellar, with literature on the history of Weimar and the surrounding area, contemporary and classic fiction, and plenty of children's books, never fails to offer surprises. But you can also choose DVDs and games here. A Blu-ray player makes it possible to create a kids' movie theater if the little ones want to have some quiet time. Other things to note Long time no see? Together with the two other apartments, “Lotte” (6) and/or “Filippo Miller” (4), as well as the guest room “Cantina” (2) here in the building, this provides an ideal opportunity for larger gatherings of family or friends.
