A large 60 m2 Duplex apartment located on the Prefecture Street with 2 mezzanine bedrooms which means they are open on the living room. MOBILITY LEASE ONLY. Only certain persons may be the tenant of a mobility lease. The tenant must be in one of the following situations: vocational training, higher education, apprenticeship contract, internship, voluntary engagement in a civic service, professional transfer, temporary assignment in the course of professional activity. The space Welcome to our apartment in the heart of the Old Town, Located on the first floor (no elevator), you will find all the comfort: proximity to touristic places, space, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and closet, bathroom with shower, separate WC, kitchen with diner room open on the living room with sofa and TV. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. Access The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation. Important Notes : The accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions. Smoking isn’t allowed inside. Thank you in advance for understanding. Guest access On your check-in day, unless agreed in advance, the keys are usually handed over at the agency from 3:00 p.m. You can then go to the accommodation whenever you want. The keys will be available in one of the key boxes on the facade of the agency and the code of the key box will be sent to you on your check-in day.
