The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is light and bright with comfy seating in front of the TV. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 x queen bedrooms and one single bedroom with 2 x single beds. There is a recently renovated main bathroom with shower, a laundry and separate WC. The outdoor area is paved with a grass area and features a BBQ ready for you to create a lovely outdoor evening meal. Other things to note Pets: the house is “pet friendly” and you can bring your furry family member along with you for your stay and enjoy the many dog friendly beaches in the Margaret River Region. The yard is fully fenced. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog along, at the time of booking. Linen: linen is included in your stay. Please let us know which beds you would like made up with linen 3 days prior to your stay so we can make up the beds with fresh linen for your arrival. Cleaning Fee: Please note our cleaning fee includes the linen fee (Airbnb combines the two fees in one). While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins.
