Street cleaning is only four days a month from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Locked parking is $200 a month or a nightly fee of $20. PET-FRIENDLY HOME I love my pet. Feel free to bring yours. Only rules are obvious and for safety. Pets must be fully vaccinated and under voice and leash control. Dogs must be leashed at all times while on the property. Only approached other people with their permission. Please follow all other safety precautions to keep everyone, including your dog safe. . Thank you. Special notice to cat owners.
