My accommodation is close to departures hiking trails, family ski resorts. You will appreciate my accommodation for its magnificent view of the Vercors chain. Perfect for nature lovers, calm and contemplation. Bright and sunny. . My accommodation is perfect for couple, family or group (capacity 12 people). The space We offer you: On the ground floor a room of 9m2 exposed to the west equipped with a sofa bed, presence of a toilet on this level. and adjoining the toilet a sink and lingerie area. On the first level of the house: 2 bedrooms. One south of 25m2 with balcony, equipped with a double bed 140x190 and a sofa bed for 2 persons 140x190. The other west of 15 m2 with balcony. Equipped with a double bed 140x190. Presence of a toilet on this level. On the 2nd level a room east - west of 30 m2 equipped with 2 double beds of 140X190 and office space. A large shared bathroom with 2 sinks + 1 for child, shower and bath. Kitchen with pantry. Living room dining room of 40m2 with a fireplace insert becoming open fireplace for pleasure. Three terraces spread east side kitchen, south side living room and west side. The land of 1500 m2 with trees and flowers gently sloping south side with swings. The beds are made upon your arrival they are all equipped with quality bedding, sheets, duvets duvet covers, pillows and pillowcases without any additional charge. Towels are not provided. Guest access Bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, wc, exterior in its entirety. Other things to note Attention the nearest grocery store is the Sappey Chartreuse (4 kms from the house) open every day except Wednesday and Sunday afternoon and closed between 12:30 and 16h Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. The presence of the swimming pool is variable according to the time and the time of the year. We can provide breakfast (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice on request at a price of 3 euros per person. We can eventually provide you with towels if this is difficult for you (eg hikers, bikers ..) Be careful in winter depending on the weather conditions you will need to be equipped with contact tires and sometimes chains. On arrival the access to the house will be totally clear but it will be your responsibility during the time of stay. A closed garage and a covered parking will be able to accomodate 2 cars. Possibility to park 2 additional cars in the yard. Excavators and milling machine are at your disposal when needed to clear the access.
