The space ** Due to the coronavirus we are implementing further steps for cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces. ** Served by a wide lift the apartment is on the first floor of a newly renovated building in the Vicolo Sant'Anna, a short alley that links the lakefront with the shopping road of the Old Town. This setting has the benefit of being within easy reach of local amenities and transport links yet grants a peaceful and reserved stay. Inside the meticulously furnished apartment, a large red sofabed provides two sleeping accommodations and separates the open space into two sections: the dining area with a fully furnished kitchen and the living area where two french doors grant pleasant brightness and introduce to the alley view balcony. A short aisle connects the open space to other ambients: the complete bathroom with shower and the bedroom where a spacious wardrobe and a comfortable bed (160x190cm size) take place. Just like the open space another french door leads to a second balcony which, in this case, allows enjoying the view of the lake. In a separate room on the ground floor there is the recently completed private laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. To celebrate the opening of the new Arona's Lakeside Cycles Path we provide 2 bicycles for our guests and a lot of space where to store theirs.
