The space Being so close to the slopes gives you the flexibility to come home for lunch, and makes it super easy to hit the slopes early or jump on the shuttle and leave the car behind. In the summer the Town Bike and Hiking path curves right next to the property with the prettiest section leading south. There are two bedrooms each with a king size bed, 2 bathrooms, a third extra bathroom sink area outside of one of the bedrooms, an open kitchen/living/dining area and a queen cabinet sleeper bed in the living room - which is much more comfortable than a normal pull-out couch. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED The HOA does not allow bikes or mountain bikes in the rooms, hallways or elevators. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the unit, hallways or in any Aspen Creek buildings. Guest access You have complete access to the condo. There are two bedrooms, each with an attached bath. One bath has an extra sink allowing the living room friends to access the bathroom without going through your bedroom. Each Bedroom has a King bed and the living room has a queen size cabinet bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and service for 8. The pool, jacuzzi, and common areas are easily accessed by all. There is a jacuzzi on the first floor of the building with amazing sunset views and your walk to the outdoor jacuzzi is mostly inside. Other things to note There is one dedicated and covered parking space, with elevator access to the unit, and other spaces are available on the property first come/first serve. There is a humidifier in the master bedroom that can be moved to any location within the condo, and room fans in the closets. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and there are outside BBQ's available in the summer. Mammoth Lakes is a ski resort, and chains may be required in winter.
