No gaudy turquoise or bright orange colors here, just a beautifully decorated and clean condo with festive beach colors and tasteful art. **Not a condo with everything in one space (bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, etc.) like the megaplex down the road! I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. In the living room is a large very comfortable couch, a large TV across the room for catching up on the news or one of your favorite programs. This is the perfect setup. If you need to wash your clothes, a stacked washer/dryer is in the unit for all your washing needs. It is conveniently located in the back of your bathroom. Laundry detergent is on the shelf next to it. No need to go searching for the community laundromat and fight the crowds. The kitchen includes a gas range with 4 burners, microwave, blender, and coffee maker. It also includes brand new kitchen supplies including frying pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups, silverware, wine glasses-both red and white, drinking glasses, and a beautiful set of tumblers perfect for enjoying a nice drink by the pool. In the living area, there is plenty of counter space at the breakfast bar that easily seats 2 to 3 people. The coffee table seats another 2 or you can head down to your private picnic area and enjoy your food cooked on one of the several charcoal grills. Also, no pets (dogs or cats) are allowed on the premises due to an HOA rule. ***THE LOCATION*** Just a quick walk to the Gulf Coast, this condo is made for beach enthusiasts. If you need to drop off large umbrellas or beach chairs to the beach, there is a road one block west of the Condo to drive your heavy or bulky gear to the beach. If it is restaurants you are looking for, there are many excellent seafood, pasta, pizza and other style restaurants within a few minute drive. There are fishing charters, water parks, nature reserves, and many other adventures to be had. It’s time to start yours! ***MISCELLANEOUS*** All photos included on this site were personally taken by me so they represent what you will see when you get there. All beach towels, kitchen towels, bathroom towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bed linens have been cleaned prior to your arrival and are ready for your use. WiFi is provided at this condo but there are no guarantees on internet speed or uptime as this is a resort condo complex on an island. Before arrival, you will be provided with your personal keyless lock code to easily access the rental. No keys to worry about and we change the lock code after every visit. If you are interested in checking in early or checking out late, please contact me and I’ll let you know if it’s available. All rentals will include 9% city tax (resort fee) and 6% state tax, and a cleaning fee of $90. A charge of $200 will be made on your credit card and released once the condo unit has been inspected for damage or lost items. The person 25 or older must be present when first entering the condo and they must sleep in the condo each night. Quiet hours and no use of pool during 10pm and 8am is allowed. Purpose is to better control the late night partying and interruptions to other guests. This is strictly enforced by the HOA association. Violating this policy will result in eviction without a refund. The maximum occupancy of this condo is 4 people!*** Guest access There is one reserved parking spot per condo and 5 "extra" guest parking spots on a first come - first serve basis.
