The accommodation is located within a private property 50 meters from the sea in Nisportino Bay, a corner of paradise and tranquility, where lush nature rises up to the slopes of the surrounding mountains. A clear sea and a beach of gravel and sand will accompany you as you witness the magnificent sunsets for which the area is renowned. The accommodation has an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner, air conditioning, satellite Wi-Fi, and one parking space on the property. The space The accommodation is located on a private property 50 meters from the sea, accessible only to the tenants of our four units and us, the owners. It consists of a kitchen-living room with a queen-sized sofa bed, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, an outdoor area for lunch and dinner, and one parking space. It is equipped with crockery, cutlery, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, satellite Wi-Fi, and a remote-controlled electric gate. * Pets are not allowed. Guest access The apartment has a private entrance and an outdoor dining area, separated from the adjacent apartment by a bamboo partition between two stone columns. The outdoor shower for when you return from the beach and the barbecue are located in an outdoor area accessible to the tenants of the four apartments within the property. Other things to note Please let us know your arrival time a few days before your vacation; we will be there to welcome you. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on the day of arrival (please let us know in advance if you'll be late). Check-out is by 9:00 AM on the day of departure. Mattress covers and blankets are provided, but bed linens (sheets) and towels are not included. So, you can either bring your own, or if you prefer to rent them, please let us know at least three days before your arrival and we will order them for you.
