Get to know Malaga while enjoying the beach and the city The space Located in front of La Malagueta beach, one of Malaga's most popular and well-known beaches. This spectacular apartment is on the seventh floor of a block between the sea and Malaga's new marina, "MUELLE 1". With a spacious 52-meter living room-kitchen overlooking the ocean and three luxurious bedrooms, from the suite you will enjoy fabulous views of the ocean, the port and a panoramic view of Malaga Bay. It has two bathrooms with a shower. All rooms have a 32" TV and USB ports for charging electrical appliances. The living room-kitchen has a 49" smart TV. It has a safe. The apartment has a water softener, which will make you feel hydrated after showers and free of itchy and dry skin. Guest access The apartment has a large living room with an integrated kitchen, measuring 52 meters. This space has an 8-meter viewpoint with views of the Mediterranean. You can have it fully open and turn the entire living room into a large terrace. It has two bathrooms, one integrated into the suite and another available for the other two bedrooms. The suite has another 4-meter viewpoint inside the room from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the beach from the bed. Other things to note We take cleaning and disinfection very seriously, carrying out a thorough clean at each departure. Our check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. There is an extra charge for arrivals outside these hours. -From 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the charge is €30. -From 00:00 to 01:00, the charge is €50. Check-in is not possible after 1:00 AM Late check-out service is available until 6:00 PM for a fee of €50, if there is no check-in that same day. Use of the safe costs €10 per stay There is a refrigerator filling service on request at a cost of €15 If you arrive by plane, send me the arrival and departure flight locator, to keep track of your flight in case it is delayed. When you arrive in Malaga and leave the airport, send me a message so I can wait for you at the apartment. According to current regulations, you must show me the passport or ID of people over 14 years of age upon arrival. A rental agreement will be signed upon arrival. About the keys: 1. I will provide two sets of keys. 2. If you leave the keys in the lock on the inside, you must pay a locksmith. 3. If you lose the keys, it will cost €20 Extra payments must be made upon arrival.
