The Lane - Doubleview

A lovely airconditioned split level property with marri floorboards and granite bench tops. 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces with fully equipt kitchen and fully enclosed backyard. Watch the sunset on the balcony with the beach 2kms away and only 10km from the City. Shops (grocery, newsagent, chemist etc) are located only a 2 minute walk from The Lane. The space The Lane is large enough for two families with a lounge room and bathroom both up stairs and down stairs. It boasts a large 8 seater dining table and large oven along with an ice making stainless steel fridge/freezer and stainless steel dishwasher and coffee pod machine. It has 2x standard queens size beds and 2x standard single bunk beds along with a porta cot, high chair, safety gate and change table for little ones. Guest access Guest have access to the whole house except for the garage. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please don't park on the lawn (Thank you). Other things to note There is a grocery shop just across the road so all you need to bring is your bag. We have a not Party Policy for the house. There is a $500 refundable bond held by Airbnb, a cleaning fee ($210), a Rental Agreement to be signed and copy of a current drivers licence. Wifi is also available.
