Please ensure that children should be accompanied when in the common areas. Ensure that children are supervised in balcony. We encourage you to move the outdoor furniture away from the balcony railing so as to discourage younger children hanging off them. We ask you respect the neighbours and close your balcony doors after 10:30 pm so your voices do not carry to the other homes above and below you. We encourage you to lock your door even though you are inside the property. If you are booking for another guest and will not be present in the property, kindly provide a contact name and phone number should for logistics purposes. The number of guests staying must not exceed the number booked. Please amend your booking BEFORE the start of your stay so we can give you the right amount of linen and make the beds available. Parramatta is the 2nd largest city after Sydney where you can find the big 4 accounting law firms and most of the government offices for NSW. It also includes the Australian Tax Office and headquarters of many of government departments. It is also the gate way to the country (west) and houses medical specialist in Westmead Hospital, Cumberland Hospital and specialist private doctors rooms. With the widening of the M4 and express trains to Parramatta opening North to centres like Castle Hill, it is an attractive city expected to for high growth with more urban dwellers. Events (out and about) Sydney Olympic Park (only 14 mins via M4) hosts great events - some are free. Did you know pensioners can visit Sydney Aquatic Swimming Centre on Thursdays for free? The Crescent Summer series kicks off at Parramatta Park with Tropfest and Sydney Festival's Symphony Under the Stars - definitely a must go at least once. Parramatta Park hosts some great functions including the latest Australia Day celebrations and New Year Fireworks. So guests make sure you find out early what is happening just across the road so you will surely find an excuse to be here. Did you know Parramatta boosts 180 restaurants? A short 10-12 min brisk walk via Argle Street will take you to the Parramatta Interchange to Sydney. Westfield is a wonderful hub for all your shopping needs - including great eats and movies. I have been known to get lost in there! Access: from time to time, sometimes out of our control, we require access for mandatory inspections by Strata Management who manages on the building eg fire safety, implementing Child Lock for Windows, pest control and perhaps by our own trades people for scheduled urgent repairs. We will ask your permission first and we assure you that none of those visits will require more than 10 mins of your time. Parking height restrictions up to 2.140 m. The carspace is not to be used as storage. WIFI is offered FREE to guests however sometimes if internet is down for whatever reason which is beyond the host's fault, we will make all reasonable endeavours to get it up and running once you inform us. We have unlimited data but stuff happens beyond our control. If you require a portable cot or a high chair please make request as early as possible as just because we see a booking for an infant does not mean we will provide a portacot and high chair. We are not a quiet apartment although beside the Parramatta Park. This is a consequence of Parramatta downtown city living. If this concerns you then please reconsider your booking.
