Proteus is a well-appointed three bedroom, two bathroom villa with private swimming pool. Proteus is a ten minute walk from the Village centre and its paved square. Pissouri beach is a five minute drive. The blue flag beach is clean with great facilities for changing and showering and there are some watersports centres offering skiing, paragliding, jet skis, canoeing, diving and lots more. We have locally based property manager to ensure that our guests are looked after throughout their stay The space The Villa is very well equipped with 6 seater leather sofas, Siemens and Bosch appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine) in the kitchen and a fibre superfast 300 mbps internet connection /WiFi. The lounge is equipped with a 40 inch Samsung Smart TV and the TV system gives free access to U.K. channels including sports and premium channels, a huge film library and radio channels. Outside there are sun loungers on the pool and first floor terraces, a teak dining table and chairs to accommodate 12 and a large Outback gas BBQ.The pool terrace attar's sunshine through the day and there is plenty of shade to be used by guests who want some time out. Pissouri Village commands fantastic views across the southern coast of Cyprus and Troodos Mountains and is well located for golf, beach and sightseeing holidays The village is lively in the evenings and has maintained its Cypriot character.There you will find whole range of tavernas and bars offering a wide choice of food and drinks, including traditional Cypriot food, Italian and take aways. Tavernas are open from dawn through until late night for you to enjoy - they are all good, serving superb food and drink and offering excellent friendly service. Our favourites include the Vraka Taverna in the Square, the Two Friends Tavern on the outskirts of the Village and the Pissouri Bay Cafe Bar at the beach. The Hillview Restaurant is at the highest point of the village and has a stunning dining area overlooking Pissouri Bay with views across to the Akrotiri Peninsular. Steak lovers must visit the Steak House restaurant close to the Villa - but be sure to be hungry! Guest access Guests have exclusive private access to the whole of the Villa, including garden, pool terrace, first floor terrace, bedrooms, kitchen and lounge Other things to note Although the Villa is for essentially self catering holidays, we do provide a useful welcome pack to help you and your guests until the local shops open. This generally includes milk, bread, preserves, butter, tea and coffee. Other household essentials such as dishwasher tabs, cleaning materials are also included in the initial welcome pack. We have a safe located in one of the bedrooms for guests to use to storage of valuables. Please note that we expect that guests will have suitable insurance to cover themselves and their property whilst staying at The Villa because we do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage to guest or their property whilst they are renting the house.
