Smith Lake charming and quiet waterfront

Our neat and comfortable house waterfront in Jasper, AL near Arley, AL with boat/swim pier. 5 min from Duncan Bridge Marine. It has a beautiful view with screened in porch and large deck. It has calm clean water great for fishing or fun. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. It is fully furnished, well stocked. Washer & dryer. Kitchen has a filter/pod coffee maker. It is a wonderful place to take the family to enjoy a week or a weekend fishing, grilling, and playing in the sun. The space 2 bd/ 2ba with large flat screen TV’s with video streaming apps. Comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Most boats and personal watercraft's fit through the Smith Lake tunnel for Curry Hwy however, we would suggest not booking and asking first if you have a boat with a none foldable rack. There is yearly round deep (approximately 30ft) water in the slew. The tunnel itself has markers on the side placed by the water patrol to let you know the depth. Happy to answer questions and give tips for those that worry. We have went through in our Glastron ski boat, pontoon boat, and Chris Craft ski boat for years. Guest access Guests may access all areas of the property except storage room under the porch and the boat house. Other things to note Lower boat traffic through the Smith Lake channel tunnel to the property adds a safer swimming area than the main body of the lake. Property is located 2 mins from Duncan Bridge by land or 5 to 10 by water. Evan’s Marina is located in the same slew as the property. Check with Duncan, Squirrels, and Evan’s Marina for pontoon boat rentals. Great cellphone service for At&t and Verizon. Has WIFI high speed internet.
