No.14 - Unique Guesthouse - up to 28 people

**Capacity 20-28** We can accommodate up to 28 people, including infants & children. Welcoming guests since 1913, No.14 Lovel St is both a unique guesthouse and private holiday rental. You will have exclusive use of the whole house for your booking. We are a quiet place to stay and have strict noise restrictions after 10pm. The space No.14 Lovel St is a traditional Mountains guesthouse. Originally built in 1913, it has been extended in keeping with the original style and updated with modern needs in mind. There are four bedrooms (queen/double) upstairs, while the bathroom and living areas are downstairs. Seven bedrooms (including the dorms) are downstairs. Our only ensuite room is also downstairs. We do not have air-conditioning. Fans are available for warmer weather. We have central heating for cooler Mountains weather. Guest access The owners live at the rear of the property, separated from the main house by an interconnecting door. However, we will not be able to enter the main house unless in case of an emergency (eg fire alarm set off), or if we are unable to reach you by mobile in case of a noise complaint. We access our residence by a side path, not interrupting the private use of the main house by our guests. Other things to note - Only registered guests are allowed to at the property. - No pets are allowed. - Special rates for all guests at Blue Mountains Bag Storage, 7 Katoomba Street (one minute from train station) - Out of the Blue - Blue Mountains Experiences is also available to guests at preferred rates.
