Cottage with pool between Redon and La Roche-Bernard

Gîte rated 4 stars by the official Étoiles de France organization. Character house with solar heated pool, terrace and garden. Very quiet in the countryside, in an old warm home, with all amenities. Completely renovated house, very bright and warm in a quiet setting in the countryside, close to the meadows of Vilaine, on an ancient historical site. Located 40 minutes from Vannes and La Baule and 30 minutes from the sea. The space The pool is already open and heated for this year 2025. 9x4m solar panel heated pool, 1.4m depth with alarm and partially secured by a fence on the cottage side. It is open from mid April to mid-October IF TIME ALLOWS. The pool is occasionally shared with the owner and his children when they are present. Pool games, BBQ, garden furniture, sun loungers, badminton, balls... Indoor Amenities: - One adult room double bed upstairs. - A children's room with a double bed and two bunk beds upstairs. Possibility to use a sofa bed present in the living room if not all children want to be in the same bedroom (on the ground floor). - A seating area, TV, large dining room open to kitchen. House equipped with all appliances (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer...) and the Blue Ray DVD plus DVD media and books available. Toilet towels and bed sheets provided. Dishes should be left clean and the house tidy. Cleaning is included, however, the house must be in a suitable state of cleanliness. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND TO EAT IN THE BEDROOMS. THIS COTTAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR NOISY AND ALCOHOLIC PARTIES.
