A fun feature of this home is a lift that takes you up to a unique "lookout tower" with spectacular elevated views of the area. LOCATION: Located in the heart of Queenstown on Brisbane Street, this charming stand-alone home offers an incredibly convenient and rare address. Skip the steep hills and parking hassles that Queenstown is known for. The beautiful Queenstown Gardens are just a two-minute walk away and a stroll to downtown Queenstown is less than five minutes. Enjoy the convenience of quick access to restaurants, shops, and all the attractions the area has to offer. STYLE: Upper Gardens is a sunny and spacious two-bedroom home that offers a "home away from home" experience, with thoughtful touches throughout. Guests will love the extensive library, cookbooks, children's story books, colouring books, board games, children's games, and an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Both bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the main level. The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers a king split bed that can be configured as two singles or one king bed. There is a second bathroom on the lower level accessed via an internal lift. CONFIGURATION: Sleeps 4; 5-6 on request. ● Master Bedroom – Queen Bed ● Bedroom 2 – Split King Bed* * Split king bed can be made up as 2 x singles, providing excellent flexibility for groups. Please advise your preference when booking. An additional room with bunk beds can be made available for a fifth and sixth guest with prior arrangement. Additional charges apply. This is located on the bottom level of the house accessible only via an internal lift or external stairs, therefore NOT suitable for children under 12 years old. For families with younger children under 12, the fifth guest can be accommodated on the main level. There is a trundle bed in the master, which can be made up on request and must be pre-booked. HOUSE LAYOUT: ● Main level includes living, kitchen, dining, laundry, bedrooms 1 and 2, bathroom 1 (accessed via external stairs) ● Bottom level includes Bathroom 2 (accessed via an internal lift) ● Upper level: Lookout tower (accessed via an internal lift) LIVING AREA: The living room is bright and welcoming, with French doors opening to a fabulous deck and private lawn space. Enjoy the sun filled rooms and the refreshing indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for relaxation and gathering with loved ones. KITCHEN & DINING: An incredibly well-stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A spacious dining area provides a comfortable setting to enjoy delightful meals while taking in the picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. OUTDOOR LIVING: Make the most of the sunny days and outdoor living with a fabulous deck and private lawn space. Relax, dine, or simply bask in the beauty of the surroundings. The property is positioned to enjoy long daylight hours, allowing you to fully embrace the sun-filled ambiance. OTHER PRACTICALITIES: Off-street parking space for two cars is provided. RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS: Rates are inclusive of GST, premium linen, and a maximum of 4 guests. An additional fifth and sixth guest can be accommodated with prior arrangement and are charged NZ$75 per person per night (Maximum 6 guests). A departure clean fee of NZ$250 applies. Minimum 3-night stay year-round, and 4-7 nights during peak periods. Other things to note Please note that the driveway and parking is shared with the house at the front. Guests at Upper Gardens Villa have off-street parking space for one car.
