Dependency at the bottom of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface area is 36 m2 and its private terrace is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The cottage is originally designed to accommodate a couple but we can add an extra bed for a child. The chalet is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated between each tenant. The pier and its two restaurants on the edge of the Bay are a 10-minute walk away, as is the market which is open daily during the holidays. The bakery and supermarket that are at the foot of the Lighthouse as well as the Boulevard de la Plage and all its shops are within a radius of just 1 km. The pharmacy and Cap Ferret medical practice are exactly 1 km from the house. You will have Wi-Fi and can enjoy a large flat-screen TV with TNT channels, USB socket and Blu-ray player. The kitchen area is fully equipped: induction cooktop, 40 L mini oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, cooking utensils and dining table. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a dining table and umbrellas. A garden shed and barbecue are at your disposal. The first house is my father's who lives there and the second at the bottom of the garden is yours. The cottage, terrace and garden shed are entirely reserved for you.
