The space This 1500 sq. ft. single family home is located in an exclusive gated beach-side community. Situated 15 yards from the private beach access which is only available to the residents of the eight homes within. The full size kitchen features a range with convection oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and leads to the utility room with a washer and dryer. There is also a half bath on this floor. The family room has a 55" TV. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and features it's own private bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms both feature king sized beds as well, sharing the hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have 32" flat screen televisions and smart TV access. The assigned parking area under the home can accommodate two vehicles. Guest access Guests will have access to our beach storage shed complete with beach chairs, coolers, etc. Other things to note This is a three story home. Parking is on the ground level with the kitchen, living and dining room, and half bath located on the second floor. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the third level.
