Vintage farmhouse in the middle of wine country. Tour bus pickups at the house can usually be arranged, and most wineries are no more than 5 miles away (3 are within walking distance). Several "gold coast" beaches with 5-10 miles, including popular Silver Beach. Antique shops, art galleries, quaint cafes, fruit farms (pick you own fresh berries), breweries, and great hiking and biking in the area. Enjoy wintertime cross country skiing, fat tire biking, and hiking on nearby trails. The space Unique, turn of the century farmhouse is a quaint community. Cozy furnishings--many of which have been acquired from the antique markets in the area. Plenty of space for rest and relaxation including a huge front porch, bbq area, and deck off the kitchen for catching plenty of sunshine on an afternoon or making smores at the firepit. Guest access You'll have access to the entire first level of the home, and entire outdoor property. Other things to note Yoga mat, jump rope, and other exercise equipment available for use in the "Florida room" which opens to the outdoor patio through french doors. Will provide information for private yoga, massage, wine tasting sessions.
