Peaceful Mountain Cabin Overlooking Golf Course

If you are looking to visit Cloudcroft, Fairway Chalet is the place to stay! It's one of the few cabins with beautiful views, privacy, close to main village AND overlooks one of the highest elevation golf courses in the world. It's small, but comfortable inside. It's 50 years old so it's not perfect, a little rustic, the deck DOES need new paint, but we try to keep it updated & as clean as possible. There are stairs inside and outside. We love it and hope you will too! The space There are not many places you can relax on a large balcony, view the beauty of the mountains and have a wonderful golf course out your backyard. Watch the sunrise in the morning and see deer and elk feed in the evening. The quaint village of Coludcroft is just down the road. The neighbors on each side are rarely there so you should have nice privacy. The living area is small but the master bedroom is spacious yet cozy. Please be ADVISED: We HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing the Airono travel insurance. It costs next to nothing and covers unexpected cancellations of any kind. We do not issue refunds for cancellations. PURCHASE THE AIRBNB TRAVEL INSURANCE for refunds. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin. Other things to note There is plenty of space to park two vehicles. You will be in the mountains so there are stairs some steep slops with rocks outside. There are about 15 steps down from parking area to access the cabin and there are stairs in the three level cabin. There are no cameras/video recorders inside the cabin, however there is a camera that views the outside stairs. This is for the protection of our guests and our cabin. The cabin was built in the early 70's and many renovations have been made. While we try to keep it in good working order, it is almost 50 years old and issues can always arise.
