Its pool house, pool and Jacuzzi area is unique. The space The villa was completely renovated with meticulous care in 2018 to combine Provencal tradition, luxury, and comfort. It offers generous and warm living spaces allowing each guest to feel at home. The villa is fully air-conditioned and high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and terraces as well as around the pool. Housekeeping, linens, bath towels and toilet towels are included. The reception at the beginning of the stay is provided by the caretaker living on the estate in an outbuilding at the entrance of the property. The property has parking for 10 vehicles The villa, completely renovated in 2018 in a Provençal and traditional spirit, is surrounded by a vast green setting including more than fifty olive trees, a forest of centuries-old oaks and a multitude of fruit trees, palm trees, and aromatic plants. The estate, built on a south-facing slope, extends over more than one hectare and is located in the charming commune of Peymeinade. The town center of the village with all its shops is less than a 10-minute walk away. The main house with an area of more than 750 m2 can easily accommodate several families with 21 beds. It offers 11 large air-conditioned bedrooms with 10 bathrooms, including 9 private bathrooms. The villa has large terraces of more than 100 m2 on the south side for your receptions but also cool and shaded patios on the north side. The Mas Clairval has a heated swimming pool (15 m x 6 m) from mid-April to mid-October with its wide beaches allowing you to enjoy the sun of the Côte d'Azur, as well as a petanque court, badminton, a billiard room, ping pong and bicycles are available to guests. A pool house with barbecue, fridge, heated shower, focal sound system, Jacuzzi for 6 people will welcome you with your friends and family for a memorable stay. Possibility (with surcharge) to use the services of a housekeeper for all domestic tasks including meal preparation and babysitting. The housekeeper lives in an outbuilding on the estate and is available if there are any issues.
