SEMINARS OR VACATIONS RENTAL of the ENTIRE property: Manor, 19th century wing, Cottage and heated indoor pool. (11 bedrooms/24 people) Surrounded by meadows among a handful of cottages between Nantes and the sea, this large house composed of a set of 3 cottages connected to each other, with its beautiful 15th-17th century manor, its 19th century wing, its heated indoor pool (31°C) and its adjoining guest house offers a magical holiday spot for 24 people (20 adults and 4 children). The space Manor, Cottage, 19th Century Wing and Heated Indoor Pool: THE MANOR, a mini castle with two towers, will immerse you in another world, each room having been restored in accordance with best practices; cob, floor tiles, beams, two large fireplaces, exposed stone, wooden period staircase in the tower, huge entrance porch and moats. All rooms are between 30 and 40 m². Main Floor: • Summer lounge (with large arched bay windows and wood-burning stove). • Dining room with fireplace (with wood-burning stove). • Kitchen. • Toilets located next to the kitchen. On the first floor: • Bedroom 1 with a 180 cm double bed (or 2 90 cm beds), a sink, and a connecting bathroom in the small tower with a shower, sink and toilet. • Large living room with TV, DVD, books and games. • Bedroom 2 with a 180 cm double bed (or 2 90 cm beds) and two other 90 cm single beds (which can also be used as a sofa). • Bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. This part of the house is ideal for children and teenagers, or for a family with young children. On the second floor: • Bedroom 3 with a 180 cm double bed (or 2 90 cm beds), 1 child bed (length 140 cm) shower and sink in the room and separate toilet. • Bedroom 4 with a 180 cm double bed (or 2 90 cm beds), a bathroom with bathtub and sink as well as separate toilet. • Small bedroom 5 (ideal for one or two teenagers) at the top of the tower with a 160 cm bed (or 2 80 cm beds), accessible by a small very steep staircase. THE COTTAGE has retained all the charm of the country house, such as the kitchen floor in old tiles or its exposed beam ceilings, or its many lime-painted walls. Large American/French billiards convertible into a large table. • Bedroom with 1 queen size bed of 160 cm (or 2 single beds of 80 cm), separate toilet and sink, shower. (access from the kitchen by a few steps). • Direct access to the garden via French doors. 1st floor: • Bedroom 7 and bedroom 8 with 180 cm double beds (or 2 90 cm beds). • Bathroom with large shower, toilet, sink. Wing XIX is restored in a resolutely contemporary style. Rooms are accessible by the inner courtyard or by the 1st floor of the manor: When you access wing XIX through the inner courtyard of the manor, you will find a central wooden staircase that will take you upstairs. The heated indoor POOL that connects the manor and the cottage ensures a convivial moment for everyone and all year round. • The pool measures 9 m x 4 m and is heated to 30 degrees. • The pool area includes a paddling pool for the little ones and sunny terraces with deckchairs. • Two terraces: one in wood (ipé) of 100 m2 and another in stone slabs. • A motorized rigid cover ensures comfort and safety.
