(11 bedrooms/24 people) Surrounded by meadows among a handful of cottages between Nantes and the sea, this large house composed of a set of 3 cottages connected to each other, with its beautiful 15th-17th century manor, its 19th century wing, its heated indoor pool (31°C) and its adjoining guest house offers a magical holiday spot for 24 people (20 adults and 4 children). The space Manoir, Cottage, Aile XIX and Indoor Heated Pool: The MANOR, mini castle with its two towers, will immerse you in another world, each room having been restored according to the rules of art; beams,, two large fireplaces, exposed stone, wooden period staircase in the tower, huge entrance porch and moats. All rooms are between 30 and 40 m². Main Floor: • Summer living room (with large arched windows and wood-burning stove) • Dining room with fireplace (with wood burning stove) • Kitchen. • Toilet located next to kitchen On the first floor: • Bedroom 1 with a 180cms double bed (or with 2 beds of 90cms), a sink, and a communicating bathroom in the small tower with a shower, sink and toilet. • Large lounge with TV, DVD, books and games. • Bedroom 2 with a 180cm double bed (or with 2 beds of 90cms) and two other 90cm single beds (can also be used as a sofa). • Bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. This part of the house is ideal for children and teenagers, or for a family with young children. On the second floor: • Bedroom 3 with a double bed of 180cms (or with 2 beds of 90cms), 1 crib (length 140cms) shower and sink in the room and separate toilet. • Bedroom 4 with a 180cms double bed (or with 2 beds of 90cms), a bathroom with bath and sink as well as a separate toilet. • Small bedroom 5 (ideal for one or two teenagers) at the top of the tower with a bed of 160cms (or 2 beds of 80cms), accessible by a small very steep staircase. The COTTAGE has retained all the charm of the country house, such as the kitchen floor in old tiles or its exposed beam ceilings, or its many lime walls. Main Floor: • Summer kitchen with view and direct access to the pool. Large American/French pool table convertible into a large table. • Bedroom with 1 queen bed of 160cms (or 2 single beds of 80cms), separate toilet and sink, shower. (access from the kitchen by a few steps) • Direct access to the garden via French doors. 1st floor: • Bedroom7 and Bedroom8 with 180cms double beds (or with 2 beds of 90cms). • Bathroom with large shower, toilet, sink. The 19th century is restored to a resolutely contemporary style. The bedrooms are accessible by the inner courtyard or by the 1st floor of the manor: When you access the 19th wing through the inner courtyard of the manor, you will find a central wooden staircase that will take you upstairs. The bathroom, including a shower, wash basin and toilet, is accessible directly from this room, but also from the landing. The heated indoor SWIMMING POOL that connects the manor and the cottage ensures a convivial moment for everyone all year round. • The pool is 9m x 4m and is heated to 30 degrees. • The pool area includes a paddling pool for the little ones and sunny terraces with deckchairs. • Two terraces: one wooden (ipé) of 100 m2 and another in stone tiles. • Motorized rigid blanket ensures comfort and safety.
