Beautiful mountain view. SFR fiber internet. Direct access to the Les Tufs chairlift via the back door of the building, which also gives access to the ESF gathering. Les Tufs allows you to climb directly to the top of Tovière and then you are on Val d'Isère. The space Duplex, on the top floor of the TUFS building, small condominium in Tignes Val Claret. Large balcony. Beautiful mountain view. Quiet. Southwest facing Ski-in ski-out apartment, next to ski schools. Close to shops. Apartment sleeps 8 people. First floor: * Living and dining room * open kitchen * one bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds that can form a double bed * one bathroom * a separate toilet Second level: * one bedroom with two bunk beds and two 80 x 190 single beds that can form a large bed; * one bedroom with a large double bed 160 x 200. * a bathroom with toilet The staircase to get to the second level is quite steep. Be careful with very young children. Both levels have their own TV with an android TV box on the living room TV (Mi Box) and with great brightness in every room. Internet with fiber optics; a TV decoder and Wi-Fi with SFR Box. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic cooktop, raclette and fondue appliances, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle... 1 bathroom with bathtub, washing machine with dryer function Separate toilet 1 bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs Near the fiber box in the large upstairs bedroom, a desk allows you to isolate yourself to work in good conditions. Ski locker at the building entrance with shoe rack. There is a fireplace in the apartment but it is not usable for safety and insurance reasons. Guest access Guests have the apartment to themselves. The apartment is ski-in/ski-out with direct access to the TUFS chairlift. Other things to note OPTIONS: Linens and towels are not provided. You can either bring them or rent them from Tignes Conciergerie or another service provider: If you rent them from Tignes Conciergerie, please check with them on what you might need.
