(Note: no garage is available at this property, however the driveway can fit up to 3 cars). Surrounded by National Parklands, Boat Harbour offers a protected sandy beach, ideal for the little ones. There is a council park for family picnics (including a BBQ) and a good surf break at Kingsley Beach. Fisherman will enjoy casting out into the calm waters from one of the many rocky waterfront positions or launch your boat from Boat Harbour Beach. Watch the whales as they play off the shore, walk to two famous whale watching look-outs or sit and watch them come by from the balcony. Note: No smoking at this property. No pets. We actively enforce a no party / no schoolies / no excessive noise policy. Important Note: Kingsley Beach House has a $600 security deposit payable on each booking. The host will contact you directly prior to your arrival for payment of the Security Deposit. If the Security Deposit is not paid, you will not be given access to the property.
