Here are a few important details to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE • Arrival: From 2:00 PM onwards • Departure: 10:00 AM sharp - This helps us prepare the house for the next guests. KEYS • The key is stored in a key safe at The Red Cat Shack. • Where to find it: Under the square wall-mounted light, near the laundry on the right-hand side of the house - through the white gate with the black cat on it. • Important: Keys must not be copied under any circumstances. LINEN & TOWELS • Bed linen is provided. • Porta-cot linen is NOT included. • Bath & beach towels are NOT included. • Please bring your own, or if you’d like us to hire towels for you, the cost is $25 per person per stay. CLEANING & LINEN SERVICE A cleaning & linen fee applies to all bookings. This covers: • Linen changeover • Floor vacuuming • General cleaning of bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen areas Before you leave, please: • Wash and put away any dishes • Leave the house tidy • Clean the BBQ if used For pet owners: • Please clean up after your pet. • If extra cleaning or rubbish removal is needed, the cost may be deducted from your security bond. OUTDOOR SHOWER & GARDEN TAPS • To use the outdoor shower or garden taps, you’ll need the brass key handle (the top handle part of the tap). • It hangs on the "bus" key hook by the front door. • Please return it there before you leave. RUBBISH COLLECTION • Collection day: Tuesday morning • Please put the bin out Monday night. • If you’re leaving before bin day, please put the bin out before you go. If the bin isn’t put out, a special collection may be arranged at your cost, deducted from your security bond. BBQ – GAS REFILLS If you need a gas bottle refill, you can do so at: • BP Dunsborough • Shell Coles Express • Dunsborough Mitre 10 • Dunsborough Rural Supplies • Keep the receipt, and we will reimburse you. HOUSE RULES • The main guest must be at least 25 years old. • No parties or loud noise. • The house is in a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask you to respect our neighbours. • By booking, you agree to follow this rule strictly. • No smoking indoors. • A penalty fee applies if there is evidence of smoking inside. PETS • Bring your own pet bed - pets are not allowed on furniture or house beds. • BYO food bowls - house crockery/bowls are not for pet use. • Pets must not be left unattended inside or outside the property. • Vacuum pet hair before you leave. • City of Busselton regulations do not allow dogs to be left alone at the property. • If we receive neighbour complaints about barking, you may be asked to remove your pet or have your stay terminated. • Breaking house rules may result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
