Beautiful two bedroom apartment located on the Dutch border near Maastricht. This apartment is on the ground floor and has recently been completely renovated. It is decorated by the design team of Studio DIP, a young creative design studio. The space The apartment is located in a large house, with parking in front of the door. Amenities such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, night shop, newspaper shop and bus stop are a short (walking) distance away. Maastricht and surroundings, the Heuvelland is known for its beautiful cycling and hiking routes. You have the option to store your bicycle locked in a private storage room. The private storage room is shared with the upper apartment. The house has 2 entrance doors. Entering the central hall is the entrance door to the apartment. In the hallway are the entrance doors to the spacious bedrooms. These are equipped with a double box spring, storage for clothes, a decorative fireplace and a small workplace. Adjacent to these rooms is the living and dining room, furnished with a sofa bed that also serves as 5th and 6th sleeping area. The kitchen and dining room have everything for a cozy meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenware and appliances you need. Think refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The first cup of coffee or tea is on the house. You will also receive from us all the basic necessities such as towel, dishcloth, mop, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher block and detergent. There is also a separate toilet and bathroom. It has a large walk-in shower, spacious sink, storage room and bath. It is also possible to do laundry. Washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron are provided. In summer, it is possible to enter the garden from the kitchen. Here you can enjoy the sun with a nice drink on the lounge sofa or light a delicious BBQ. The apartment is completely smoke-free. Pets aren't allowed. This apartment has friendly neighbors with a good mutual understanding. We like to keep it that way. Please treat the home and its interior with respect as if it were your own. If there are any questions or the like, the owners are quickly at your disposal. They live next to the apartments. Other things to note It is forbidden to park bicycles in the apartment. There is a possibility to store your bicycles in a private enclosed space in the garage in the back of the garden. You can request the key for this, and we will provide this key upon arrival.
