It was designed by the design team of Studio DIP, a young creative design studio. The space The apartment is located in a large house, with parking in front of the door. Amenities such as supermarket, bakery, butcher, night shop, newsagent and bus stop are a short (walking)distance away. Maastricht and surroundings, the Heuvelland is known for its beautiful cycling and hiking routes. You have the option to store your bike locked in a private storage room. The private storage room is shared with the upper apartment. The property has 2 entrance doors. Coming into the central hall is the entrance door to the apartment. In the hallway are the entrance doors to the spacious bedrooms. These have a double box spring, storage for clothes, a fireplace and a small workspace. Adjacent to these rooms are the living and dining room, furnished with a sofa bed that also acts as a 5th and 6th sleeping place. The kitchen and dining room have everything for a cozy meal. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the kitchenware and appliances you need. Thinking of fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. You will receive the first cup of coffee or bag of tea from the house. You will also receive from us all the basic necessities such as towel, dishcloth, mop, kitchen roll, toilet paper, dishwasher block and detergent.
