Comfortable Garden Guest Suite

PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION TO AVOID ANY ACCURACY MISUNDERSTANDINGS CLOSE TO BELLINGEN'S TOWN CENTRE, comfortable & casual 1 bedroom guest suite with a sleep out. Simple and basic accommodation with kitchen appliances, big verandah & quirky bathroom, set amidst lush, private gardens. Private entrance. The suite is attached to the back of my 100 year old home that is reasonably maintained. The space Spacious bedroom with double bed. Light and airy sleep out with day bed that can be made up for sleeping (beds have electric blankets in winter), table & chairs, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, filtered water. Cafes & restaurants are a very short walk away for meals. Fabulous bathroom with huge sunken bath (2 steps down into the bath with hand rail & overhead shower) is across the enclosed verandah overlooking a very private garden with pool. The verandah provides a great all weather spot for a leisurely morning coffee or evening drink. All linen provided. Tea, coffee & light breakfast provisions provided. The guest suite is attached to my heritage home with a private entrance and parking at the gate. Check in time is 2.00pm, Check out time is 10.00am unless otherwise arranged. Guest access The entire space is quite private, laundry facilities available, you are welcome to enjoy my garden & pool (towels provided). Free wifi. Other things to note I live and work in the main part of the house, your space is private but you may see me working in the garden or the pool in summer. Registration details PID-STRA-11590
