After a long day, let the day's stress melt away in the reclining massage chair. Entertain up to eight guests for a meal in the dining area. An air purifier ensures optimal air quality throughout your stay. Kitchen: Channel your inner chef in our fully-equipped kitchen. We provide a wide array of cookware (pots, pans, baking trays) and appliances to a generous selection of spices, making meal preparation a joy. NO PARTIES: Kindly be mindful of noise levels to maintain good relations with our wonderful neighbors. CHILD FRIENDLY: We happily accommodate children in the apartment but note that stairs and glass furniture may not be suitable for certain ages. Upon request, we can provide a highchair, portacot ($20 for the duration of your stay), and toys for your little ones. NO SMOKING: This property is strictly non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking on the balcony or entering the property smelling of smoke. Access to the shared gym, BBQ facilities and the seasonal swimming pool and spa is available between 6am and 10pm. The building is protected by restricted intercom. A single undercover carpark is included for the duration of your stay. Other things to note This is a two story loft apartment located on the ground floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all located upstairs and accessed via a flight of stairs. The master bedroom has open access over a shorter wall so that you can overlook the living areas below and will be subject to any noise made in the living room (and vice versa). For the comfort of future guests, we do not accept any smokers or smoking on premises. The apartment has electric blinds. Remotes for each blind is next to the blind. Please ensure that the main living room blinds are up before opening the sliding doors to the patio otherwise the blind can damage the wall. Please note that the blinds are not full blockout blinds but some areas have additional blockout blinds installed.
