Originally Villa Lambertus was a rectory and is located in the center of the small quiet village of Cromvoirt. An ideal location for a weekend with friends, a family weekend or a business stay in a property with its own unique atmosphere. The living rooms and bedrooms are tastefully decorated and there is a spacious well equipped kitchen. The garden has a very spacious veranda and a lovely pool with lounge area. The space The villa has a lounge with 2 fireplaces, a luxurious dining room, a spacious TV room with large lounge area, a professionally equipped kitchen with a sitting area with large fireplace. The living rooms and bedrooms are tastefully decorated. In the garden, there is a stylish veranda with outdoor kitchen where you can enjoy outdoor living together at a long table. There is also a beautiful swimming pool with lounge area where you can relax and enjoy during the summer days. Huisregels: Conditions and house rules Villa Lambertus: All these conditions relate to Villa Lambertus (hereinafter referred to as the villa) Arrival and departure: On arrival you will receive the keys to the villa (which you will hand in on departure). I will personally welcome you on arrival. On the day of arrival you can in principle use the villa from 16:00. On the day of departure you must have left the villa at 10:00. All costs that arise because you do not deliver the house on time, will be recovered from you. We will keep goods found after your departure for you for a reasonable period of time, but we do not take any responsibility for this. Forwarding is only possible at your expense. The owner of Villa Lambertus has the right to check and inspect the holiday home during the rental period. If the guests, his family members, his guests or visitor(s) admitted by him, do not or do not properly comply with the obligations under the conditions, the rules of conduct, the instructions of the owner or the government regulations, despite any prior warning, and in such to the extent that, according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness of the owner, it cannot be required that the stay be continued, the owner has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect, and to deny guests access to the property without refund of monies paid. This includes emphatically not respecting the night's sleep or causing unnecessary inconvenience! Damage and defects: You are advised to inspect the villa and the inventory well on arrival for defects and shortcomings. If you notice damage or defects, you must report this immediately to the owner of the villa. If the damage was caused by your fault and / or is not the result of normal use or wear, we will charge you the repair or replacement costs. Use of the villa: • Smoking in the house is prohibited. • Noise disturbance and music in the garden is not allowed. • Partying in the house or garden is not allowed. • Never leave the windows or doors open when you leave the house. • Only big inflatable items are allowed in or nearby the swimming pool. • Never use breakable bottles/glasses nearby or in the swimming pool. • Use of the swimmingpool after 10pm is not allowed. • • • • • • Do not move the big table under the covered terrace (the middle leg is loose). • • We assume that you use the villa neatly, so that the following guests can also enjoy using it. Barbequing with the available BBQ is allowed. (this must be left clean before leaving the house). Subletting is expressly prohibited. Staying more people in the villa than agreed on the reservation is expressly not allowed without permission, and can lead to premature termination of the agreement on our part, without refund of the money paid. Moving cupboards and beds, as well as sound or television equipment or taking any part of the interior inventory with you, except crockery, glasses and cutlery for your outdoor meal, is expressly prohibited. Cover the garden cushions with the rain cover after use (also at night when it doesn’t rain). Always retract the folding awning when it rains. The cloth cannot support the water. Swimming pool cover: To open the roller deck, press the “open” button. To close the roller deck, press the "close" button. Only the buttons of the roller deck may be operated. All other buttons of the pool installation are forbidden to operate. On departure you take care that: • The dishes have been done. • All bedlinen and towels you have used from the rooms are deducted and putt in a large pile on the floor. From the bedroom downstairs, put the bath and bedlinen also on the floor. • The bins have been emptied • The garden-furniture(loungeset) covered • You do not leave food and other household items in the cupboards (these can hinder cleaning and may attract pests!) • You report any breakages and/or damage to the owner of the house. • You leave the dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer empty • Empty bottles are placed in the glasscontainer at the supermarket. • Garbage bags are put in the container on the side of the house. • Plastic and tin garbage are put in special bags for plastic garbage. We accept no liability for: Theft, loss or damage of any kind during or as a result of your stay in the villa. Failure or inoperability of technical equipment, utilities and or facilities of the villa. Calamities of any kind that could make your stay more unpleasant. The guest is jointly and severally liable for all loss and / or damage to the villa, the garden and the interior (inside and outside), and / or property of the villa, if this is the result of acts or negligence of yourself or of third parties who are in and around the villa with your permission. • • • • Applicability of conditions: If the agreement is concluded (this is the case as soon as we have confirmed your booking; taking an option is not covered here) you agree to the conditions. The stay ends automatically after the expiry of the agreed period.
