Parking is also usually available at the resort pool, parking pass included, if you'd like to shorten the walk to the beach even more. Gated access to Maravilla Resort from BOTH Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Dr makes getting around town much easier. Inside you'll find 3 relaxing bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ENTIRE HOUSE recently received a complete update with ALL NEW furniture, beds, mattresses, linens, appliances, countertops, and fixtures in a breezy coastal style to complement the amazing natural surroundings of Florida's Emerald Coast. The living area is furnished with comfortable leather furniture and convenient tables for that cool drink. Enjoy a movie with the family on the 55 inch wall mounted LED TV with ROKU. The kitchen makes food preparation a breeze with all new stainless steel appliances and thoughtful touches like a coffeemaker, Keurig, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and stemless wine glasses. There's seating for up to 8 at the main dining table and an adjacent flexible dining/workspace table with seating for 2. Or enjoy a cookout on the back patio with an outdoor seating area and a Weber propane grill. The choice is yours! The smaller dining table doubles as a desk so you can work without having to move for every meal at the main dining table. It's all about flexibility to meet your needs. The large main bedroom has a KING size bed, attached bath with garden tub/shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has full over full bunks with a twin size pull-out trundle. All the bedrooms have wall mounted 43 inch LED TVs with ROKU to kick back and relax after a fun-filled day at the beach. We haven't forgotten the kids, either. There's a high chair, beach wagon, water toys, basketball court, and two on-site pools (one heated)! Other community amenities include a tennis court, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and an exercise room. For your convenience, a welcome kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (2), and laundry pods (2) is provided to allow you to relax before stocking additional supplies needed for your stay. Guest access The use of the property is for all areas within the house with the exception of the two owners closets. All pools, hot tub, private beach access, pickleball courts and other amenities are available to all guests. Other things to note PARKING: Please note parking is only available for a maximum of 3 non-oversized passenger vehicles. One in the garage and two side by side on the driveway, provided they fit. Parking is NOT ALLOWED on the street, grass right-of-way, yard or across the driveway apron or sidewalk. Guests will be fined for violation of this or any other violation of association rules, and vehicle is subject to towing at vehicle owner expense. New Rule on Golf Carts - Rental Golf Carts and e-bikes are now allowed. NOT ALLOWED: Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, or buses. ALSO NOT ALLOWED: 2-3 wheel scooters, mo-peds, e-scooters, or e-skateboards.
