Separate kitchen with balcony The property is located in a Grade ll listed building in central Falmouth, close to the quayside, and 50 metres from the high street where there is a great selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The accommodation comprises 3 double bedrooms , the master bedroom has its own balcony with views towards Carrick Roads and en suite shower room. The space A well-equipped apartment over two floors with a modern kitchen and separate utility room. Lovely spacious sitting room in the original Georgian part of the house where up to 10 guests can sit around a country table. One ensuite double bedroom and two further double bedrooms. The second double bedroom has two single beds which are linked. If you wish to have two single beds please REQUEST on booking so that we can provide the correct linen and prepare for your arrival. There are two balconies in the property with views towards Falmouth Docks and the Carrick Roads. Guest access The whole flat is located over two floors with two balconies for the sole use of the residents. Private entrance to the property. Refer to additional photos for Carrick Bend layout. Please note that small children MUST BE supervised on the balconies. Other things to note Bowline (sleeps 5/6) and Palomar (sleeps 2) are also located inside 5 Quay Hill and are available for rental - ideal for large family gatherings who wish for separate accommodation. We provide high quality white bed linen and towels, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, wash up liquid, tea towels, hand sanitizer plus a selection of bathroom toiletries We ask our guests to help us maintain a safe environment by following our guidelines for rubbish disposal and recycling. There is no parking available at the property. However, you can of course drop off guests and load and unload outside. The property is located on a one way street. Falmouth provides several long term car parks and we suggest The Dell Car Park TR11 3HP for convenience, it is operated by Just Park and is a six minute walk to the property and adjacent to Falmouth Town rail station. We recommend you refer to the Cornwall Council website for parking fees and additional information.
