The space ⛷️ Cozy family duplex • 4–6 people • Ski shuttle 80 m away • Downtown within walking distance Our family apartment is designed for 4 to 6 people (designed for greater comfort with 4 adults). It measures 45 m² under the Carrez Law/55 m² of floor space, was completely renovated by us in 2022, and will offer you a charming, upscale 3-star Méribel-certified, fully equipped triplex with a mezzanine. Located on the second floor of the Plan du Moulin complex, 300 metres from the resort centre, in a quiet area and just a stone's throw from shops and entertainment, and the ski slopes, which are also accessible by free shuttle bus, with a stop right outside the complex. Key box for self check-in and check-out during the scheduled times. Both balconies offer mountain views and plenty of light. The living room balcony faces south (folding table, stools, armchairs/loungers for 4 people). - The ground floor: The highly functional kitchen is equipped with a large 200-litre fridge with freezer, a quiet dishwasher, a 2-burner induction cooktop, a combination oven (microwave and conventional oven), casserole dishes, raclette/fondue sets, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee machine, food processors and kitchen utensils, and cupboards. The table can be extended very easily and quickly from 5 to 7 people. Please note: Small living room measuring 18 m². The living area is furnished with a 3-seater sofa. TV. Wi-Fi. - Upstairs, accessible via a mountain-style staircase: * Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, spacious and comfortable, 11 m², with a small balcony, dresser, closet/wardrobe and private shower room. Retractable TV. * Bedroom 2: 8 m² with convertible beds: twin beds (2 x 80 x 200 cm) or double bed (160 x 200 cm), depending on your needs. Walk-in closet. *Bedroom 3: Open sleeping area in the attic converted into a mezzanine (max. height 1.20 m) with two single beds (2 x 90 x 190 cm) accessible by ladder (for children over 8 years of age for safety reasons). * Shower room. Washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet. All bedding is new, with memory foam mattresses, mattress toppers and mattress protectors. For stays of 7 nights or more, your beds will be made on arrival with hotel-quality linens + bath towels (1 bath sheet + 1 towel/person) + adult bathrobes + household kit: bath mat + 2 dish towels and hand towels. Linens available as an option for short stays (€25/person (household kit, sheets and 1 towel/person, and beds made on arrival)) Baby equipment available: folding bed/mattress (please note that sheets are not provided), table booster seat, dishes, safety gate, bath ring for the shower). Numerous storage spaces, a ski locker and a storage room with a boot dryer allow you to store all your equipment on the lower half-floor, so you can go back up to the apartment in light shoes or slippers, as skis/snowboards/ski boots are not allowed on the upper floors. 5 sleds are available, including two approved for the sledding run. A private covered parking space for a mid-size car (narrow garage, 2.25 m wide and 1.90 m high – so be mindful of the dimensions) + possibility of outdoor parking, subject to availability, in the building's private parking lot (please note: parking is free, so no space is guaranteed). If your vehicle is too large for the parking space, public parking spaces can be booked in advance (additional charge). Complex ideally located for skiing and après-ski, and for activities and entertainment both in winter and summer. Everything is within walking distance (skiing, activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.). The complex is slightly off-centre, 200 metres/5 minutes from the resort centre, allowing you to enjoy the tranquillity of the family complex while still having access to daytime and evening entertainment. A free shuttle bus, the "Méribus," takes you to the ski slopes and ski schools at "La Chaudanne" and "Rond-Point des Pistes." The bus also provides access to the various districts of Méribel: Le Belvédère, l'Altiport, Le Plateau, Le Village, Morel, Mottaret, Les Allues, etc. PLEASE NOTE: We are not hoteliers or real estate professionals, and Airbnb's original spirit of welcoming guests into our home is essential to us!
