The space ⛷️Cozy family duplex • 4–6 people • Ski shuttle 80 m away • Downtown within walking distance Our family apartment is designed for 4 to 6 people (including 4 adults maximum) 45m2 Carrez Law/55m2 on the ground, completely renovated in 2022 by us, will offer you a charming, luxury 3* Label Méribel comfortable in triplex with mezzanine. Located on the first floor of the residence du Plan du Moulin, 300m from the resort center, quiet and close to shops and animation, ski slopes, also accessible by free shuttle whose stop is at the foot of the residence. The balcony of the living room faces south (folding table, stools, armchairs/loungers for 4 people) -The ground floor: The very functional kitchen is equipped with a large 200L fridge with freezer, quiet dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, combined oven (microwave and traditional oven), gratin dishes, raclette/fondue appliances, toaster, kettle, electric coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, robots and cooking utensils, cabinets. Washer and dryer. Separate toilet. All bedding is new with memory mattresses, mattress toppers, and mattress pads. For stays of 7 nights or more, your beds will be made upon your arrival with hotel linen + Towels (1 bath + 1 towel /pers) + adult bathrobes + house kit: bath mat + 2 towels and hand towels. A private covered parking space for medium car (narrow box width 2.25 m height 1.90 m - so pay attention to the size) + possibility of parking depending on availability outside on the private parking of the residence (attention: free parking so no guaranteed space). If you have an oversized vehicle that won’t fit in the garage, public parking spaces can be reserved in advance (additional fee). Residence ideally located for skiing and after skiing, for activities and entertainment both in winter and summer. Everything is within walking distance (skiing, activities, shops, restaurants, bars...). The residence a little off-center 200m /5 minutes from the Centre-station allows you to enjoy the calm of the family residence while offering day and night entertainment. A free shuttle, the "Méribus" takes you to the snow fronts and ski lessons at the "Chaudanne" and "roundabout of the slopes"; access by bus to the different neighborhoods of Méribel: Le Belvédère, le Altiport, le plateau, le village, Morel, Mottaret, Les Allues...
