Our house is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture and a fantastic view over the mountains. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place or in the sauna in the basement. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few mins. The space The house was renovated in 2017 and provides 7 apartments that belong to different private owners. It is located above the center but can be reached in a few minutes. You can enjoy a fantastic view from all apartments. Your skis and boots can be stored in the skiroom with boots-dryer. The basement provides a little wellness area with sauna.
