The space The studio has its own parking at the foot of the building. Equipped with A/C and Wifi, it is located in a secure residence. You will find: - An entrance with cupboards. Also available 1 small board and iron, vacuum cleaner ,broom, blankets, umbrella, beach games, Baby kit (umbrella bed, high chair, folding bathtub) - A large kitchen area with mostly new household appliances (pyrolysis oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker and electric kettle) and many kitchen utensils - A sitting/sleeping area: with pull-out coffee tables, a new comfortable 2-person click with spring mattress that can accommodate 1 or 2 people. (The studio can also accommodate a child sincethere is an extra folding bed or an umbrella bed) - A renovated bathroom, with washing machine, small stretcher, hair dryer, many storage areas. The studio also has an electric shutter. Guest access Guests have access to their designated outdoor parking, as well as the common garden of the Residence at the front. Other things to note - Linens and towels provided free of charge for short stays(< to 4 nights) €10/pers for durations (>4 nights.) - Cleaning to be done byholidaymakers.(Floor: Broom or Vacuum cleaner, garbage cans to be emptied , bathroom, dishes, and kitchen, and fridge). Extra charge on request (€30 per package) (Vacuum cleaner , broom and household products available) - Possibility of discounts for monthly rentals, or in the "winter period" from October to May. (internships , training, etc.)
