On the 2nd floor of a secure residence, it has an unobstructed, private view of the gardens. - free PARKING at the foot of the building! - Strategic position both quiet and central, 5 min walk to the sea. - 2/3 nights possible in June/Sept. - Weekly or biweekly in July and August. The space The studio has its own parking space at the foot of the building. Equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, it is located in a secure residence. There you will find: - An entrance with cupboards. Also available 1 small ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, broom, blankets, parasol, beach games, Baby kit (baby bed, High chair, folding bathtub) - A large kitchen area with mostly new household appliances (pyrolysis oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker and electric kettle) and many cooking utensils - A living/sleeping area: with pull-out coffee tables, a new comfortable 2-person sofa bed with spring mattress that can accommodate 1 or 2 people. (The studio can also accommodate a child as there is an extra folding bed or a travel cot) - A renovated bathroom, with washing machine, small drying rack, hair dryer, plenty of storage. The studio also has an electric roller shutter. Guest access Guests have access to their own outdoor parking, as well as the common garden of the Residence in the front. Other things to note - Sheets and towels provided free of charge for short stays (< 4 nights) €10/person for stays of more than 4 nights. - Cleaning to be done by the vacationer(s). Extra charge upon request (€40 cleaning fee) - Possible discounts for monthly rentals, or during the “winter period” from October to May. (courses, training, etc.)
