Located near the rural hamlet of Axedale, enjoy lovely views of the farm stay and vineyard and across the countryside from the wide verandahs. An authentic farm stay experience, we have animals for you to feed and pat, a wonderful country experience for all the family. The space Two bedrooms have queen beds, the third has a double with a single bed above. A separate divan is available upon request. A full bathroom with bath, shower and vanity and separate WC. Laundry with washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and all utensils. Spacious lounge and dining area with ample seating. Kent wood fire place with wood supplied. Extra panel heating is also available in each of the bedrooms. Split system air-conditioning is provided in the lounge area for your year round comfort. Plentiful outdoor seating areas to take in the views whilst enjoying your meals. Fully landscaped Mediterranean style gardens surround the cottage, with parking for several vehicles. Ample provision for a cooked breakfast are provided for you first morning, for you to prepare.
