Cute nest with private terrace in the oldest house

This is "moderen tent" or "cute little nest with a view". You will love the terrace and the location. Our place is only 200 meters from Tartini Square. Piran is so charming, but not suitable for spoiled people. You will get fit during your holidays (44 steps to the top of the house). :) All guests say that the place is small, but very well organised. Perfect for a couple. With your private terrace where you can set a private beach. :) Everything you need is only steps away. The space Tiny little place (25 m2) with all a couple needs. Seperate queen bed (160 x 200), comfy sofa for TV watching, well equipped kitchen with freezer and fridge, microwave, coffee machine, AC, big wardrobe closet and bathroom, of course. 44 stairs to the apartment. Cosy terrace 12 m2. No oven in the kitchen. Apartment Mirjam is on the top of Apartment house Kristina, named by my mother Kristina. This house is said to be the oldest house in Piran. There are 4 apartments in the house. She gave 3 apartments to her kids and kept one for herself (all 4 apartments are for guest rental). We will take care of you "from a distance" as we live 130 km away. Roof apartment has 25 m2, one bedroom and to be honest BEDroom means mostly BED. And that's it. :) It is queen size bed, comortable, with mattress size 160 x 200 cm. To the apartment there are 44 steps, bedroom is separate from the day room. Apartment Mirjam has air condition, TV and an internet connection (cable internet and free WiFi) for gloomy days. Apartment house Kristina is the oldest house in Piran and is under care and preservation of monuments. You can identify it by luxuriant tall palm in front of it. Apart from the outer walls it was fully restored in 2004, in 2013 we refreshed the place and invited YOU to stay in. Piran is dog unfriendly town, so we don't accept dogs, but we like them (we have one at home ;)). Guest access PARKING AFTER YOU HAVE UNLOADED Unfortunately there is NO FREE PARKING in Piran, within a 5 km radius. Parking Fornače This parking garage is on the left-hand side as you enter Piran. There is a free mini bus from the garage to Tartini Square, which runs every few minutes. Parking house Arze Near the cemetery. Closer than Fornace parking, but without the free bus shuttle. Weekly parking is 90 € per week or 15 € per day (more than 10 hours) or 1.5 € per hour. Parking Portorož - along the main street In Portorož, parking on the main street costs 1.2€ per hour or 12€ for the whole day. Parking Marina Portorose No fees on the internet. :( Parking Marina Portorose in Lucija is 5 km from Piran. Help for your GPS device: enter the address of the self laundry service which is across the street, close to Parking Marina Portorose. Obala 105 6320 Lucija Parking rates are getting higher every year, so please help me update them. Thanks! Other things to note You will need to carry all your things by hands for at least 150 meters (if you have a car :)). There are 4 apartments in the house, we expect you to behave as you want other neighbours to behave. No parties or loud talking, singing ... sorry. During high season (June, July, August, September) check in is after 5 pm, check out is by 10 am. But you can stop by at the house and drop your luggage downstairs before check in or leave it downstairs before leaving Piran (enjoy some more time in Piran). Thank you for understanding! If you check our calendar and see there is no one coming a day after your departure, you can ask for late check out. Or even better - you can extend your stay for a night or two. :) If we don't have guests leaving and arriving on the same day we will try to provide you earlier check in. Just ask. Dogs are not allowed to stay at our place.
